So I have finally arrived in India. I am going to try and reach a n buffet somewhere close. India Kitchen located in the strip center west of the northwest corner of Pleasant Valley. Majority of the meats served are halal and ice cold jumbo bottles of India’s Kingfisher beer. The dining are is very clean but slight small. The music played was either Middle Eastern or Bollywood. The buffet was only 19.99. The spices in the goat curry were mouth watering; the combination of the seasonings and the time used to prepare it was wonderful. The meatballs were another delightful treat. The meatballs were drowned in delicious three flavored masala gravy. The fruits were also very fresh my favorites were the watermelon and cantaloupe.
Next stop in London! Through out this whole I have been dying to come here. My mothers in law recommend a restaurant called Ben Thanh. I have made it in time to try a course from there lunch menu. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes for appetizers. But the food was great and the price is reasonable. The mango fruit shake/smoothie was the best. For an appetizer I tried the shrimp rolls which were delicious. For a main entrée I ordered the seafood Phuc Kien Chow Mein (shrimp & squid) which is stir fried Udon with Mixed Seafood the waitress hardly gave me a glance afterwards for entrée’s. There were a lot of groups of people it didn’t seem like it was a place for single people to go and grab a bite.
The food & the casino’s in Las Vegas were wonderful. I tried my luck and I won 1,000 dollars! =). The night is falling so i should head to the airport now . . . Atlanta here I come. It’s already 8 so I think I’ll just grab a bite at Kevin Rathbun Steak. I ordered the Dry Prime Aged Steak. I added a side of salad as well, which included crispy onion ring, blue cheese, chayote, heart of palm, radicchio, cucumber, and sweet peppers. This was one of the best pieces of steak I have eaten by far. The restaurant was beautiful karaoke was set up on the stage while a jazz band performed. The service was exquisite as well. I was welcome as if I was the queen, & waitress took less than 15min take my order and serve me my appetizers. This restaurant would receive an 8 from me.

las vegas

Finally left the big Apple & my journey begin now. Although I am afraid of flight this seems to be the fastest transportation, it’s only gonna take me 5 1/2 hours. I’ve just arrived in Las Vegas early this morning. The scenery is amazing but gambling is not the only thing on my mind. I’m starving but I need to check into the ‘The Paris Hotel’. I just arrived at Bouchon located at 3355 Las Vegas blvd. (between Flamingo & Spring Mountain Rds.). The menu seems exciting but I settled for the Boudin Blanc. This is white sausage with scrambled eggs, a croissant & beurre noisette. I also tried a cheese Danish & a basket of fresh berries. The tab was in a very low bracket totally a $45 .I was seated outside under a beautiful umbrella table. It was beautiful out although it was a little breezy. The food was wonderful; the berries were fresh & juicy as if God hand picked them himself. One complaint I must add though was the eggs needed to be done for about 2 minutes longer. In addition the croissant was not as fresh as it should have been.

Applebee's . . . =) !

I've been to several different Applebee's and I must say they all have caught my attention. Although each has a different way of preparing these meals there all okay. They have table areas, a bar section with a flat screen t.v. They even serve groups as big as 17 all at the same time. Depending on the day you go oon there's a special going on. For example they tend to have a 3 for $20 special where you pick 3appletizers for only $20. There salads are also a plus because they come in large proportion and are in a good price range. They also serve the young one's for free giving them there own menu. Applebee's is mostly used tuh grab a bite on friday if tthere not in the mood to cook. My personal favorite is the pasta chicken with alfredo sauce. Every location I have visted seem to have done a wonderful job in preparing this. In addition the mozerella sticks , the hot wings with fries, and the bacon bite size cheeseburgers are also wonderful .Over all I would gladly rate this restaurant a 8. 5.

Chocolate Bouchons with Fresh Raspberries

This small bite size snack/treat dessert is a moist "cork-shaped" chocalte cake filled with melted choclate. The topping is fresh raspberry and raspberry syrup. This creation was orginated by Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery. They made this recipe easier by using a cake mix and using fresh rasbperrrys. To prepare this treat you will need 1 box of choclate cake mix, 2 cups of mini chocalte chips, 1 pint of fresh raspberry's, & 1 jar of raspberry jam.

Personally i would not try this dish. There seems to be too much choclate invled & im not a big fan of raspberrys. But the treat actually looks delicious ! =)

WRONG miss usa . . . . !

Before rima Fafih was crowned miss usa of 2010 she had a naught past, they she may prayed wouldnt have came up. She won a pole dancing contest " stripper 101' in 2007 for a radio station. She recieved several valuable prizes such as jewerly , money, gift cars, adult toys, & a strip pole for personal uses .

I think she should of stayed crownded miss usa . she was already crowned & that was a mistake made by officals it wasnt her fsult. No one is perfect & everyone has a past. she turned her life around & wasnt keeping the same behavior as 2007. The judges should of did a background check before they announced she was thw winner !.
