The war unfolding in eastern Congo has claimed perhaps 30 times as many lives as the Haiti earthquake, but this crisis generates little international response. The D.R. Congo is extremely big and wealthy. There country is big as Western Europe. There natural resources vary from diamonds, gold, copper, cobait to zinc and a supplied called coltan. Various ethnic groups have been fighting to gain control of this island. Soldiers have invaded thousands of young girls & parents. A soldier sliced the uncle’s belly so that the intestines fell out. Then they cut his heart out and showed it to the children. The soldiers continued to mutilate the body, while others began to rape Jeanne a young 14 years old girl. Her sister was raped 6 times. So now in the long run its burns her to urinate. To make matters worse no man will want to marry the girls because they were opened to another man.
